  • Communicate Effectively- Communicate more effectively with young children to ensure they listen well, understand what you are trying to teach, and follow directions for their safety.
  • Connect with Children – Connect with children in a way that supports their current developmental status, engages them more deeply in your sessions, and encourages enjoyment of the experience.
